1. Return Policy

- Custom-built or special-order RF products are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used RF components such as antennas, cables, or connectors.
- Software or digital products delivered electronically.
- Clearance or discounted items marked as "Final Sale."
Return Process:

- Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt).
- Ship the product back to our facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- A restocking fee of 25% may apply, depending on the condition of the returned item.

2. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by the Customer:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a processing fee of 50%.
- Custom-built or special-order RF products cannot be canceled once production has started.
